I had my car towed here on Christmas night, at almost 11pm, from clarksburg WV (74 miles away) after finding some brake issues that rendered my car unable to get us home to Morgantown. The service here was unmatched! I was updated every step of the way even through the holidays. When I picked it up, they even brushed the snow off of it for me and started it up so it wasn’t so cold! 10/10 would recommend! ☺️ Their shop dog is awful cute too!

Best car mechanic I’ve ever been to, and I truly mean that. Customer service is excellent. Prices are more than fair. The staff is wonderful and kind. They really helped me out in a time of need. More businesses should be like this!

Preform Service Center is very cost efficient and very thorough. Brandon the mechanic scheduled me quickly and had my car finished in no time. I was very pleased with the experience. What a relief to have someone reliable and trustworthy!

Barefoot's was amazing after we were caught in an ice storm and got in a car accident while moving from OH to VA. We called to ask if they had parts available and they didn't, but directed us to somewhere that would so we could pick up the parts. We brought the car back right before closing and they kept it for us overnight, got the work done by noon the next day. Incredibly thankful for their quick work and excellent customer service!
