Called for a steering extension and was told they'd need to contact their warehouse and I would get a callback. Guy quoted me a price of $84 plus $10 for shipping. Afterwards he took my name and number down, when 2 days went by with no returned call I decided to call them back. Was given completely different information and even told they do not sell extensions by themselves unless you buy the lift kit from them because of their "liability insurance". Get your employees on the same page please.
Customer service is horrendous, won’t return or very slow to return an email. Getting them to honor their warranty was like pulling teeth but have yet to receive the replacement so we’ll see. Will never buy from again!
Never called back as promised and not very friendly customer service. Was referred by a couple places I definitely will spread the word and not use them again. If you cant find the part just say so. Dont ignore me
I guess everyone else had bad times talking with PA but I had a good time, they helped me with my purchase. Great products imo
