My experience with this shop was phenomenal. I reached out to them asking if they could handle the damage done to my bumper and they took on the job. While in the shop it was discovered that there was far more damage underneath. After hearing that, I expected to pay an arm and a leg… but to my surprise they came back with a very reasonable price. Throughout the entire process their communication was top tier, sending me pictures and updates throughout. Many of the pictures even explaining in detail what was going on underneath the damage. They completed the work in a timely manner and when I received my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was returned cleaned, detailed and looking brand new. From beginning to end of the job, everything was handled in an incredibly professional manner.. communication was fantastic, keeping me updated daily. They battled with the insurance companies to make sure all the replacement parts were factory parts instead of cheap after market parts. I have finally found my permanent body shop. Performance Auto is by far the best body shop I have ever worked with. My car was crashed on the side/back, but this was no problem for their staff. Their staff is nice, knowledgeable, they work very fast, and most importantly, my car looks even better than when we bought it! Their work is fantastic, and the attention to detail shows. On top of the great work, they were the best price I could find. This place is a gem, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing shop. Above all very honest and quick. I brought my SUV for a large scratch I got in a parking lot and they resolved it immediately! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop for any minor or serious body work.
