I brought in my 750 for service. I have scheduled an appointment and somehow put it on my calendar for two weeks later. When I dropped my vehicle off after I had missed my appointment, they still brought it in immediately. I was going to be traveling following week, they went through the vehicle tapped to bottom. They communicated regularly and in detail. They went over everything that I had brought up in my concerns. In addition, they went over some regularly scheduled things that we’re coming to and a few other things that needed to be addressed. They did not try to sell work that was not needed. Everything associated with this group was professional and expert. Each car bay was kept very clean. They were eager to answer any questions in detail. Couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Price was reasonable. Definitely will return as needed!

I can't say enough good things about Performance Auto. Brad and Jen were so patient with me and my many questions and calls and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Then there is Richard, the mechanic who worked on my VW EOS. That man is a Godsend! I was so nervous that Brad might be exaggerating when he said that his convertible roof mechanics are the best in the county. After all, the local VW dealer told me the roof could not be fixed and that I should not trust any mechanic who tells me otherwise because there's a chance they will bend the frame. The dealer went so far as to SPECIFICALLY tell me NOT to believe Performance Auto if they tell me that it can be fixed because the dealership has the only mechanics certified to repair convertible tops. I recently returned to Performance Auto after years spent going to a dealership for my car's servicing. I was so much happier with Performance. I didn't feel like they were doing unnecessary jobs just because they could. The pricing was fair, the work was just enough, and the communication was excellent. The customer speaks directly with the owner - no run around with different service staff even if you request a specific one! The new location, although a bit longer drive for me, is worth the fine service work, and the extra space they have bodes well for the future!
