Performance Automotive

Came here to get my truck serviced and inspected to check for any issues. Dropped it off and it took about a day and a half to be able to get it back. This was my first visit, and probably my only visit. The "service" I got was pretty dismal because though they did replace a headlight bulb, I specifically mentioned other things that got neglected. Talking to the representative of the place was difficult and not very descriptive. Parking lot outside is nightmarish, and the inside is just as cluttered as the outside. Maybe my service was not their usual, but I was disappointed because my vehicle still has issues that weren't assessed at all!

I highly recommend Performance Automotive to service my vehicle as well as other people's vehicles. Jill and her team are so courteous and very knowledgeable. They do the job right and get it done in a timely manner. Thank you Jill for the great service I receive at your business. D Vernon 3/14/25

Best mechanics and people in general around . Dropped my car off and I was informed it may take a day or two . I understood completely as it was a lot of work and was going to be difficult. Not only was it done early but I was able to pick it up same day as they put their best on it to get me done .

Update: 11 years later and I still love this place. I went a few months ago after being told elsewhere that I need repairs close to $500. But these wonderful people correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all for a shockingly low price. And the issue is totally fixed. Review from 11 years ago: The best mechanic I've ever been to. I never knew a mechanic could be honest and fair. He never does unnecessary work and he tells me if there's a better place to go to get certain things done. He's quick, nice & oh so helpful. I thought I had a good one before, until I found Performance Automotive. The work is much better at a fraction of the price (and I mean a small fraction!) I leave feeling like I took advantage of him, rather than the other way around. Love them!
