My experience at this shop was awesome! Noah greeted me as I entered and provided excellent customer service, both he and the owner provide options for water and coffee the owner even said he would get someone to go on a taco run lol, the shop was very busy and when I asked if my vehicle would be done by 2 Noah assured me it would but when things got back up he gave me a call and notified me with plenty of time and it was not an inconvenience. Everyone i had the pleasure of speaking with had a level of professionalism not often seen today, I highly recommend this shop and will be doing future business with them!

Performance is a good name for this automotive repair shop. Good customer service, fast action in repairs. I will return back as needed. I learned about this place from my daughter Wanda Medrano who also gave these workers a high raking job.

I have had several repairs done..even new transmission major repairs..and like warranty that comes with repairs and if I have a issue I take back and they honor it.. communication is easy and explain very well .good job

Had a engine go out on my truck. I found an engine online that had a great warranty on it. Called Performance, and asked if they could install it for me. Noah helped me get everything setup. There was a few more issues that arise because of the vehicle sitting for a while. Instead of just trying to up sell me on things, he told me what needed to be replaced, and what could wait. I will definitely use them again in future needs.

I recently took my truck to Performance Auto & Trans to address some oil leaks and other mechanical issues. After saving up for repairs, I went in with high hopes, especially after Noah, the front desk representative, assured me they could handle the job. He seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I was quoted just over $3,000 for repairs including control arms, brakes, and sealing the leaks. Unfortunately, after a day of work, I began receiving multiple calls from Noah, each one notifying me of additional issues they claimed to have found. By the end, my bill had increased to $4,000, and Noah continued to request more funds.
