Had the best experience yesterday at performance Kia. The finance manager, general manager, Bader and my salesman Jonathan Mocarski were the utmost professionals and made my car buying experience not only easy but enjoyable and as stress free as buying a car can be. Highly recommend this dealership. This is my second Kia from them.
Made an appointment for a service on my kia as my check engine light had come on. I made an appointment as well (had to book 3 weeks in advance). It took them 5 days to give me the results of my diagnostic. And what were the results? New spark plugs. It took them five days to tell me I needed new spark plugs. The only reason I’m giving any stars is for the woman in the service department who answered my calls and was very kind and patient with me while I was trying to figure out why the dealership had my car for so long to do a diagnostic. I really appreciated her help!
Service and experience was fine. This is my first Kia so I've never experienced any dealer service or interactions with this brand. Their while you wait lounge is comfortable but doesn't have the amenities that other dealers might have. Additionally the few times I've been here I've never been able to get a loaner which is discouraging.
Nov2024 - This number is a scam. Gateway is no longer the name of the Kia dealer: it’s now Performance Kia. They asked for my credit number and said I won $100 marketing credit!
