Shop owner is direct and to the point. He is not pushy and is upfront with pricing. He calls to let me know as soon as the car is ready and has been on schedule for his promised time the last 3 times I’ve taken my car there. He was able to diagnose an engine issue and get it repaired. His pricing is also reasonable. Will continue to come here!

Used to be a good place when his dad was the mechanic, son dont know anything, if u have engine light on, he will take it off without fixing and charge you. Son is always trying to fix things that are easy and unrelated to the reported problem so he can charge more. Always asking for cash/zelle payment. Won't recommend this place to anyone

I stopped by this shop over 25 yrs ago with a coupon for an oil change. I decided to ask about a service that Nissan dealer told me my husband's truck needed a full tune-up, we only had the truck for several months. Now beit biggest dealership here in Harford County is telling a woman why her husband's truck is running rough. Mechanic here checked it out. Asked if he had opportunity to figure out what was wrong. It was a cracked spark plug. My bill was under $25 at that time. We've been dealing with this place ever since. Being a woman they never pushed any service on any of my vehicles that was not necessary. I stopped going in for my "FREE" oil changes and came here after I was told I needed specific things done to my vehicle one being my tires were going to be replaced soon...

Walked out to my car to see a rainbow running out from under it during the rain: seeing this shop was open 5:30 in the evening, I went in to see when they could possibly look at the problem. They popped my hood right there, suspected a leaking oil filter and took me in for replacement, and plugged two screws in my tires. Bottom line, they could have said a seal needed to be replaced and I would have had to believe them...the fact they presented a quick inexpensive fix shows this shop is honest. ...earned a new customer!

So I bought a mini max H&S tuner installed it and three key turns later it freezes on me it has now froze my 150k truck from starting I contacted Dyno diesels numerous times even sending videos they told me that it “must have been dropped “ lol it never has I send the videos to H&S and inform them of Dyno diesels customer service I still have no working tuner or refund I consult with my attorney on Friday H&S informed me it’s defective for sure sent diesel Dyno a those texts still have not got a response
