We are new to the RV life and called up Performance Motorcoaches because we didn’t know why we had so much tugging on the highway. Joe answered the phone and walked us through, asked us a few questions, and seemed to have identified the issue. He asked when we would be passing by, and I said the maps show 8 min. We arrived, and Joe was quick to guide us to a good spot in the back so he could take a look at it. We had the best experience with this whole team of people. We got the best deal around. It was such a good deal, we flew from Oregon to get it. The owner has a funny sense of humor. Jenna was a pure delight to work with and even spoiled us with some treats. Aaron was patient and answered any questions we had. Brett was a genuine saint. He provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to treat us like his family. My husband had a birthday and Brett made it special for him. Josh made sure we got all the things working. We would buy from them again in a heartbeat. This should be your one stop shop for RVs not only buying them, but also getting them repaired. We bought our landmark there got a great deal on it and they were so good to us. Then we damaged our landmark and took it back for repairs. They would not cut any corners. vandon and his crew did a great job. It looks better than new. And they're so professional. They take a lot of pride in their work. You can tell it by your finished product. thank you all very much.
