I’ve been a loyal customer of this Goodyear location for over five years and have never had an issue with their service or customer support—until today. Earlier this month, I brought my car in for an oil change and also asked for my engine to be checked due to the engine light being on. Fast forward to today—my car stopped working, and the engine light came back on. I had it towed back to Goodyear under the impression that this was a follow-up to a recent visit. At no point during the phone conversation was I informed that I’d be charged $189 just for diagnostics. Had I known this in advance, I could have made a more informed decision before having the car towed there. This is the Automotive repair shop to go to in Anderson. This shop is equipped with trained professional mechanics with the lastest tools and training on early and late model vehicles. My transmission was not shifting properly due to mileage and lack of service so i brought it in. Billy has a great transmission mechanic and he diagnosed the issue and took care of all my problems! My check engine light came on and it freaked me out. I left the shop with a fixed car and sound mind. Billy and team were great and fixed my car right. I couldn’t be more thankful for their service.

Not happy with this place.very rude, didn’t like that I had a lot of questions, couldn’t answer some questions. Have been coming there for years. When jerney was running this place it was excellent. Double pricing parts and over charging. For the same parts. Called where they get there parts from and found out they was double charging all my parts. I have never heard of that. He said he had to pay the power bill there and that Clemson blvd was expensive. Will not go back there. Or recommend it. Check your parts prices and then his. They go to autozone for there parts on Clemson blvd. Thank you! Here is prices here vs where they get there parts at autozone for the high price ones I got a quote on there.

Had to get struts done on an old car. Picked it up and 3 days later it was making noises again. Took it back in fearing the worst, and found out they had been sent a bad part. They fixed it the same day for free!
