Performance Towing & Repair

Bought a vehicle there had it for 48 days started making really bad noise so I called them and they said bring it in they fixed one wheel bearing and they made me pay for everything. Now 1 week later a mechanic says I got really screwed over and they knew the differential was really bad... I have kids and they knew that. They just left me leave with it knowing I could of crashed with my children in the car. I will never go back there they were rude disrespectful and blame me!!!

Went there for a heavy inspection on my tow truck, and they failed it immediately and said the turn signal was out in the back.... So I believed them and asked them if they can put one in and I'd pay them for the bulb and labor.... they would not. They just failed my truck. They were not friendly or polite at all. And they were certainly not helpful at all... Maybe they were having a bad day. I might get treated better some other time.. but for now this is my experience with performance Towing.

We had a semi break down 15 miles from this shop. Performance was one of the only shops near by that could take my truck over the weekend, let alone answer my call. They did not have a wrecker available to tow my truck to them, but they referred us to someone that could get it done. Had my truck towed to their shop Saturday night. They figured out the transmission issue, and had the truck up and running by Tuesday morning. Great service, outstanding communication, very friendly, and willing to help

Mark is a great guy . And has helped me out with storing a firebird while I pay on it as a graduation gift for my daughter who will be finishing 4 years of college soon. And saved me from a blowout tire on my way by his shop. Got me right in and had tire for replacement.

I like the way they work, their work is excellent, and their rates are good, every mechanic who works there is excellent. I not had any problems when it comes to solving problem in my truck, thanks guys.
