A little bit shame on me, but quite a bit shame on them. We messaged on a set of tires, a specific set of tires. She messaged back "yes, we have one set left" and a picture (there's the shame on me, didn't realize we needed to look super close, it was a different tire). Again, a little shame on us, we didn't inspect them upon completion, they installed a completely different set of tires on the pickup. It also seemed to take a fair amount of time for installation (about 90 minutes), even though we had made an appointment. Hard lessons.

a joke this place we have been here before for installing some springs and wasn’t a bad experience it was alright but this is the second time we went and we came in for an alignment and new cambers and new installment for some new wheels and they broke my boyfriends rim we called the guy who fixed the car he says it wasn’t him like he knew we were gunna call and he says we can check the cameras in a smart alce way and we came all the way there for them to see the damage we talked to the lady who claims to be the manger she took pictures and she said it would take 2 hours ? And a week went by and she always made a excuse saying she’s waiting cause she’s mad we left a bad review and she told us on the phone why did we leave a bad review like come on lady and today we got a call from her tell
