If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter took her car there on 7/15/25 to get her tires balanced. She calls me a few days later and says her car is vibrating really bad. So I get the car to my house and upon my inspection I see that the old wheel weights was not even removed from 3 of the tires. I removed all the wheel weights from all tires and the car drives fine. I call this place which in my opinion is a joke and tell them about it and Ricky the owner proceeded to tell me that they don’t remove the old wheel weights sometimes or the reuse old wheel weights. He was trying everything in the book to make it like they’ve done nothing wrong. Anyone or any place that has dealt with tires and balancing knows you have to at least remove the old wheel weights when putting on new tires an

Arrived for my appointment to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. They had my van in almost immediately. I expected it to take about 1 hour, which was a good estimate. The price was reasonable as well.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment in February, noticed my steering wheel was not sitting straight so I called the next day and asked if I should bring it back in or if it was okay to continue driving. I was told it was good to continue driving, so I did. I brought it back in almost a month ago and was told they were not going to do anymore work on my vehicle. In my opinion, they should fix their mistake and not just come out and say they aren't going to work on it. I also did not receive a phone call, instead I drove 30 minutes just to be told that. We were also told that their alignment machine was not aligning the vehicles correctly. If you need an alignment, go to Reed Creek in Grit. I would recommend Perkins Tire & Automotive in Gretna. The people treat you with respect and prices are not too bad considering today's economy. They have always been respectful to me and discussed any problems with my car. Thank-you Perkins for doing my rotors and brakes!
