Permian Ford Service

Given these guys multiple chances. From warranty repairs. That they claimed they did but did nothing. To sloppy oil changes where they even left an old oilfilter in the frame full of oil.

David was a great service advisor. He took his time helping me out and was professional. I came in after I felt a coil misfire. They serviced me for coil and spark plug replacement, and had my car ready by end of the day. Thank you for all your help. Great service department!

Horrible Service....! Took my 2023 Ford in for service because some technical things weren't working on it anymore with only 8,000 miles on it , I picked it up, and on my way home I realized nothing, absolutely nothing had been fixed on it. I listed 4 things that needed fixing and all 4 were still not working after leaving my vehicle there 5 days nothing got fixed. I specifically asked the Mechanic Michael , if he was able to fix everything and he replied with yes besides 1 part needed to be ordered. The worst Mechanical Service I've ever received, so much for having Warranty on the Vehicle. Don't recommend this Ford Service on this dealer at all, do yourself a favor and bring it to a better place with mechanics that actually know what they're doing.

Ford mechanic Kenny Weatherford, advised me that I could bring my vehicle in earlier sorry my scheduled service. Service was performed and technician answered my questions about my vehicle No oily or dirty handprints or spills under the hood. Excellent service NY the senior tech

Muy mal servicio. Lleve mi auto al cambio de aceite y filtro. Y no hicieron nada, solo borraron la luz mantenimiento. 😡
