Helped turned an unfortunate situation around. Have ordered numerous products from Perrin, love their brand, and never had any issues. Package delivered was missing an item, Perrin agent Myles was quick to help. Helped to identify the missing item and get it sent out. We even lost connection via chat, and he went out of his way to pick up the phone and call, as well as send an email, to ensure that he had taken care of the situation fully. Great customer service from a great brand… that’s why I’m a loyal Perrin customer.

Myles T went above and beyond to provide a resolution to my unique issue (which was not the fault of PERRIN). He was very thorough on what I needed, how many, shipping speed, and fulfillment time. He even called me to let me know that the shipping cut off was 30 minutes away (I needed the item overnighted), and we were able to get it here promptly. This is what peak customer service looks like, and I hope Myles gets the recognition he deserves.

Ordered some 25mm spacer for my wrx and hadn’t gotten any email saying they were shipped after a couple of days so I called them and sure enough I was able to figure out they were stuck somewhere and that there weren’t many available at the time. Myles T was the associate I talked to and was extremely helpful. He was able to communicate to the supplier and get them back on track and sent to my house in a timely fashion! Some of the best customer service I’ve received and definitely would recommend them if you need any parts! 5 ⭐️

Emailed about getting some hoses replaced for my air oil separator and Myles T. Helped me out and found all the pieces I needed. Fast response and super friendly! Can't wait to have a refreshed system! Awesome customer service!

Parts are amazing quality everything is nicely bent and machined for a perfect fit! The turbo noise and power gains from just a CAI and heat shield is insane! Customer service is top notch, excited to get a charge pipe for my WRX!!
