I had my fuel pump and fuel line replaced a few months back. Started having issues with pumping gas right after that. Called and came in to have them look at it with no response on several occasions. Very disappointed as I was forced to take it somewhere else. Come to find out they smashed one of the lines while putting everything back together causing the issue with pumping gas and the amount of vapor coming from the tank. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the mistake they made when it could have all been handled fairly quickly. Not a good experience to say the least. ****You're response is a lie. I never complained about headache or dizziness and a follow up appointment was never made or discussed. I was never informed about additional parts being needed as well.*****

This place has been amazing. Customer Service is great, they are honest, quick and truly care about the customers needs. Reasonable prices as well. Gator, one of the owners, came and thanked me for my patience as his team has been taking care of an issue my car had that was repaired by another local shop. Due to some defective parts that had to be re-replaced, I had to return a couple of times, but the defective part was out of their control. Just the fact that he thanked me and has assured me he would do everything he could to get my car rubbing properly made me feel good. So many places who see a person coming and take advantage, this place is not like that which explains why they've been in business for so many years, since I can remember. I highly recommend Perry & Sons Automotive.

Had my car in three three times in two weeks a little while back. They said they fixed it. I took it to another shop a week later when it broke down, and it turns out that they didn't reinstall the gaskets correctly. The new mechanic said that it was clearly human error and not anything from bad parts or wear and tear. Basically they didn't finish their job, charged me a ton, and it caused a serious issue with my car. Do not recommend. Edit to the response by the social media manager who claims they never worked on my car: Always shows that real credibility when someone says "I've never seen them before in my life." Had what we thought was an alternator issue with our CRV brought it in and they got us taken care of first thing. The guy that helped us was so nice and so helpful. We dropped the car off and not even 45 min later he was calling us to communicate what was going on and continued to do so the whole time they had our vehicle. Found out it was nothing more then a faulty battery Advanced Auto Parts had sold us. They fixed it fast checked to make sure nothing else was wrong and got us out of there within a few hours. This place is great, the price was incredibly reasonable and I will definitely be taking my cars here from now on for all my mechanic needs. I highly recommend.

I had some work done with Perry and Sons, I had no issues I thought they were high priced but I went ahead and had the work done. Come to find out the work that was done to my car wasn't done correctly. But I didn't know that because I don't know about cars! I took my car to another mechanic for other work and I was informed that the work I had done at perry and sons was a crappy job. So I called asked him if he can look me up on the computer and he said they didn't have a computer... I had to go find my receipt... I took my car in and they kept my car overnight said they would look at it, the following day the owner told me that it needed a whole different part and that it wasn't the work he did on it, he said he took a video of my car as proof...
