I have been to Perry Street Auto a few times the first time they were able to find an issue I was having that the dealership neglected to address. Had honest pricing and did not keep my vehicle for an outrageous amount of time. Another time I was able to drive my vehicle there (Knowing the diagnostic was probably not going to be good). They test drove it, however the engine was dead and repairs would not be worth the value. Because, it would not start when I came to pick it up, they provided free towing. They have been reliable, respectful, and honest in my experiences.

Most reliable place we've ever taken our vehicles. The guys are very honest with what work they can do, cant do, and shouldnt do. I have taken 3 of our trucks here and have never had a bad experience, they are accommodating and the work is always done fast. Yesterday I had my truck towed in with a bad starter an hour before close and at 9am they called letting me know the repairs were done. Excellent service and great group of guys there.

They do; do good work, I just feel like I got the run around on my car. I Feel like someone knew the problem to begin with an I brung it back twice to finally be told my car needs a new engine🤦🏽‍♀️. Wasted money if you ask me.

This is my second time getting work done here, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. My brother originally referred me, and I’m glad he did. (He referred my father too) The team was professional, transparent about the work needed, and got everything done quickly without compromising quality. They even took the time to explain the repairs and answer my questions, which really shows their commitment to excellent service. It’s rare to find a car service that’s both efficient and trustworthy, but they’ve earned my confidence. I’ll definitely be back soon for maintenance and repairs! Thank you for your hard work.

When I was visiting my hometown Pontiac Michigan my Dodge Challenger broke down. Well my radiator had a hole in it and had to be replaced. I was very nervous finding a reliable and honest mechanic shop. My mother who lives in Mississippi found Perry Street Auto Service and told me to take it over there. Let's just say listen to your mother first because Tim was patient and had extensive product knowledge, and experience to help keep cost down, and being honest and friendly which always helps. I'm glad to report after I got my precious Challenger back I made it back to Mississippi thirteen hours later with no problems.
