I had an outstanding experience at Perry’s Quality Auto Repair last Friday. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they serve. I came in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond by completing a thorough multi-point inspection to make sure everything was running perfectly. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, the work was done right the first time, and the pricing was more than fair. You can tell when a business is built on integrity and customer care, and that’s exactly what you get here. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and truly appreciated as a customer. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them

I took my car to Perry’s for a diagnosis and was told it would take 2 hours. They completed it in 1 hour and charged me half of what I had committed to paying. I didn’t expect this kind of honesty and I found it refreshing. They also told me the repair would cost more than the value and that it wasn’t worth doing, instead of trying to make money from convincing me to repair it. Ken was very easy to work with and honest. Muhammad also shared his experience and insights with me in providing options on how best to proceed. I honestly could not be more impressed with their integrity, professionalism and willingness to help despite not making very much money from me. I highly recommend Perry’s and will return (hopefully not too soon) for my future repairs.

My car failed the smog test due to a gas line vapor leak. I took my car to Perry's Quality Auto Repair and met witth Ken, the owner. Ken was very nice and told me they would find the problem. They found the leak, which was above my gas tank. They pulled the tank and discovered mice had chewed my vapor line. They made the necessary repairs and it's working perfectly. Ken kept me informed throughout their progress and the cost. I truly appreciate their honesty and good professional work!! Also, their shop is very nice, and good parking. I had a problem with my air conditioner and heating and took my car into Perry’s. This particular service turned out to require a proprietary dealer tool in order to diagnose so they took my car across town to the dealer, negotiated the repair cost down on my behalf and transported my car to and from multiple times to complete all troubleshooting and repairs. They did all of this without charging me and only passed through the negotiated discount rate from the dealer. It’s not often you e counter a truly honest car repair service and even less rare to find one that goes above and beyond to provide superb service. Perry’s meets this unique high mark and will be my mechanic for all future needs.
