Personal Touch Car Wash

I usually go to Magic Hands in Milford because they always do a decent job but today was in a rush and waited in an even longer line for what I thought would be quicker and hoped it would be better....I was wrong. They are offering a great deal if u purchase a 25$ gift card u get a free platinum car wash. Only problem is that this car wash they did sucked times 10 and now I am stuck with a gift card to return to a place with horrible service. I asked when I pulled in about getting my middle counsel cleaned and was told to ask up front. When I asked up front I was told it wasn't included in my "Platinum Wash" and could not get it done!!!! THIS WAS THE ENTIRE REASON I CAME TO GET MY CAR WASHED!!!! ENTIRELY PISSED OFF 😠 and these pictures are not even all of my complaint. I get a better $5 Tu

My car was totally scratched up. These are just some of the scratches. Personal Touch is not taking responsibility. If I had the option I would rate this as -20 ** I never got a response..a year later.. had to pay $500 for deductible and over $200 for car rental because it exceeded the time allotted by my insurance. The color is very difficult to match! Not even an apology.

Had a ton of gift cards I had received over the years for this place so decided to get a complete detail. My car was a mess inside (2 teenage boys). I had really let it go over the winter. Coffee stains, crumbs, dirt, dog slobber, scuff marks, sand...a real mess. They did such a fantastic job, it looks like a new car inside! I'm so thrilled with the job they did. I found the manager, administrative assistant and the guys who detailed my car to be very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend their detailing services. I would give 5 stars to the detailing itself but give 4 stars overall here because there was some staffing issues so I had to come back another day than when I was originally scheduled so the 4 stars was the overall experience.

Now known as Flash Car Wash. Incredibly happy with these people. Especially the front associate, Angel. He went out of his way to accommodate me with an appointment. I was in for the weekend and they were able to fit me into the schedule despite being very busy. The initiative Angel took is what makes the service industry thrive. Consider me a repeat customer as long as Angel is there.

Good for a car wash that isn’t black. Careful when doing an oil change specially if your a woman they tend to take advantage of you by selling a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Also they like to claim they go through their whole check list leaving my wife’s car on empty!
