Repair Service is horrible My Chevy truck with 20K miles was towed in because it wouldn't start. That was in October. It has been three months and I still do not have it back nor do I know what's going on with it. I have never received a call from anyone at the dealership informing me what is going on. I have made several attempts over the last three months and every time I call I get the run around. How hard is it to call your customer and inform them about what's going on with their vehicle? It's a GM vehicle and they're a GM Dealership. Three months and I still have no answers. I would give no stars if I could.

Had my 2025 pathfinder in service, very accommodating and kept me up to date thru out the day, even got the snow off the car for me! Thanks Trevor and Scott!

Awful experience. The service was unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Most shockingly, there was a woman named Tammy who appeared to be intoxicated while on the job. It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for any business, especially one selling vehicles.

Just an FYI if you need to go to a car dealer, avoid Peruzzi in Langhorne. The asst manager in service had a complete attitude with me when I brought my car in this morning and treated me as if I was clueless I guess because I’m a woman. The unprofessional attitude though was what really burned me. I bit my tongue and left but when I saw the service report of what needed done I sent pics to my regular mechanic who I trust and he pulled my reports from less than two weeks ago and agreed they were out right lying about work needing done. I came in for potential warranty work and they were trying to scam me for a few thousand of unnecessary repairs. When I picked up my car I mentioned the reports and info I had and they attempted to bash that my trusted mechanic was clueless. I’ve been going
