Peruzzi Nissan Service

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and to have service check out 1 tire that seemed to have a leak. When the car was complete I was told the leak was fixed. Was still having an issue with the tire the next day and called and spoke to Trevor, the Service Manager, and explained the issue with the tire. He told us to bring the car back and he would check into it. Evidently there was a mis-communication with between the tech and service writer. Trevor took the lead on this, investigated the issue and found there was a bubble in the tire and took care of it. So far all is good. Trevor was great in helping resolve the issue. Scott and all of the employees at the Fairless Hills, Pa location are professional and friendly. The shop is very nice and comfortable so I don't mine waiting. I will not bring my vehicle to any other service shop.

I have purchased a number of vehicles from Peruzzi over the years. Their service department is a smooth running outfit. AND all very pleasant people.

Service is terrible. Had my truck in to get inspected and new satellite radio unit by Scott.Got the truck inspected and then they said it was "too late in the day" to do the radio unit. So I scheduled another appointment for the satellite radio,so they had the truck in the shop for 3 days to do a day job. Also said my battery was no good when it's at 75%

Came for an alignment. They said they needed to do a full inspection for about $200. They eventually did the alignment but the steering wheel was very stiff. You would think they would test the car or drive it and notify me of that. They didnt. I had to bring the car back in. They didnt know what was wrong with why steering wheel was super stiff. They said maybe a steering flush might help. These are the experts who deal with nissans all day long and they dont know? I said okay do whatever you need to do. It didnt fix the stiff wheel. They again said it got fixed but actually the steering wheel was only barely or marginally less stiff. I had to go back in again and let them know. They said they are busy and swamped. I did have an appointment. They didn’t give me the alignment report. When
