Hello, I had rear struts, CV axel and on other minor repair. I signed an agreement paper because it was spendy. When I went to pick up my car the amount went up $200. Not great service obviously. Then I was told Bill the owner would def call me to discuss what had occurred. He never called and according to the front desk person he will not call. Great technicians I am confident. But, terrible customer service. Hence, they lost my business of 2 cars for life. Bad move for them.

The team is honest, experienced, and takes care of everything from brakes and tires to A/C and diagnostics. I just had my 2002 Toyota RAV4 worked on I have never been to a place so professional as Pete's thank you guys so much for what you do for people in the community it really means a lot Pete Nelson automotive is definitely worth the price just friendly staff very professional the owner is a very caring person and the lady that works at the front desk is really nice and very helpful with everything the mechanics are quick and knowledgeable and what they do in my opinion this place is worth it and don't worry about your car your car is completely safe and if you're worried about people stealing don't worry everybody here is very friendly and honest I trust them with everything Pete Nelson automotive thank you
