After an accident, I chose Peter Boulware to repair the rear passenger side of my truck. The repair process took approximately 60 days, which already felt excessive. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the replaced trim was not flush with the surrounding pieces. You could visibly see yellow adhesive underneath, as if it had been hot glued on. I pointed this out at pickup, and the employee I spoke with said she would document it and have someone contact me. Weeks went by with no follow-up, so I eventually called and stopped by in person. By that time, the trim had worsened to the point that it was dragging on the ground, and we had to zip-tie it just to keep it attached. They said they would order grommets (?) to keep the rubber piece from dragging. I never haven’t hear

the absolute best place to have maintenance done on your car! i have had regular maintenance quite a few times here for my 2022 toyota corolla, and they never try to force any add-ons to your appointment. super speedy service, even on a busy afternoon. i’m never worried about my car being taken care of here! i also never mind waiting in the lobby with my laptop because there are free goodies and entertainment. plus, free (good & fast) wi-fi! the staff is always extra kind and will make sure to take care of you. huge shoutout to Katrina Marsh for taking care of me today, and Chuck Gay for having taken care of me! thank you very much to this team that ensures complete customer satisfaction!

Took my Camry there for them to fix the bumper and they did a phenomenal job. The front office staff, Brandon and Angie, were very nice and kept me up to date on my vehicle. Hopefully I don’t have to go there anytime soon but if it happens, these people will do a great job fixing your vehicle.
