I was quoted $1200 for a repair that apparently needed to happen so my check engine light would go off. I never got it fixed, but in the same visit got a new battery, and that made the light turn off. In the tech’s words, “the light is off but you still need to get that [$1200] repair ASAP.” Six to eight months later, I go back because my check engine light is back on, and not once is that $1200 repair mentioned. All I’m told is that I need to screw my gas cap on tighter since it got too loose and triggered the check engine light. When I questioned the tech about these inconsistencies, I got a shrug. Never have I waited 3+ hours for an oil change WITH a scheduled appointment. They may have a lobby full of comfy chairs but it is only because you will be waiting an absurd amount of time for general maintenance, appointment or not...

We were traveling and got a nail in a tire. They got us in and taken care of. It took a couple hours, but we didn't have an appointment so pretty much expected a little wait. Very friendly staff. Much better than our Toyota dealership back home!

I had great service at Peter Boulware Toyota. I had my Camry serviced and Ron the service writer did a great job. Everything went smoothly and completed as promised.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have taken my car here on MULTIPLE occasions for issues, only to be told they could not “find” anything. On the first occasion in November of 2024, I brought my car to PETER BOULWARE for an oil change and diagnostic for sluggish driving and vibrations in the cabin of the car. PETER BOULWARE claim they did not find anything. So I brought my car to another dealership, in which they found an oil leak, low oil and fixed the issue under warranty. As of September 2025, I brought my car again to PETER BOULWARE for vibration/ idle issues and was told by PETER BOULWARE, that it was the “battery”. Not sure how a battery alone can cause the entire car to shake at idle… Anyways I purchased a new battery. I brought my car back the following week abo
