Washed and cleaned truck afterwards. Everyone from Irma at the desk to Robbie doing repair estimate to all the employees that I encountered. A+ and job well done. We had a little mishap with our car.. nothing major.. no one hurt. Recommend by my friend, it was nice to see a business that looks out for the customer. Robbie got us the part for less than expected and treated us with kindness. Work done in record time and well done! I hope I don’t need to go to a body shop anytime soon... but this will be the first place we go!!!! Thank you

I was sent there by USAA for an assessment on my car after an accident. I didn't have an appointment and just walked in; within 5 minutes I was being taken care of and 15 minutes later I was outta there. Everyone was really nice and cordial, they had coffee and donuts, and Robbie (the gentleman who handled the assignment) was friendly, fast, and a delight to work with. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews this place was great! -Whitney H.

Unfortunately, I had to pick one star in order to post my comment but this place doesn't deserve that. When I made the arraignments to drop off my vehicle I also made arraignments for them to go ahead and order the parts that were needed so they would have them ready to install. I was told it wasn't a problem. When I dropped it off, the parts were not ordered. I also had to tell them the color of my vehicle because they had it written down wrong on the estimate. After three weeks (longer then promised) I went to pick it up and the whole front of my vehicle was a different color. They never fixed the paperwork, or whoever put the car back together never noticed the two different colors (grey and dark blue). And after a year the paint is chipping and "washing/rubbing" off. Had my Honda Civic in for a collision repair. Took a little longer than expected. But Robbie was great in making sure the repair was done right. Very satisfied with the end result. Would definitely recommend.
