Peterbilt of Dublin

I would like to thank Justin and all his crew. I had numerous computer issues. Justin got my truck previewed within 30 minutes. I also had brake issues and needed a replacement mirror. Justin and crew had me ready to go the same day, but I had to wait for the mirror to come in. I highly recommend this location for anything that needs to be done.

Huge thanks to Mr. Robert, Justin and the whole team over at the Peterbilt in Dublin. From the moment that I was transferred over to Robert after hours of calling around, he was nothing but helpful, he called around to help me find an answer to my issue and solved it too. After checking in with Justin not once did I have to go out of my way for updates or to check on them, I was kept updated throughout the whole process of getting my radiator replaced and got in and out the same day even though the new radiator was coming out of Jackson GA. Again thank you guys.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I limped the truck in over night and pulled in right away in the morning. Even as a hurricane was blowing away, they were able to get me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Everyone was a joy to deal with, and they do have a pet friendly lounge to wait in, which is always appreciated.

I have worked with dealer shops all over the country and can say without a doubt that this is one of the best I have worked with. The communication is a big part of it for me. They keep me informed on the repairs as they proceed and all the employees treat you like a friend. The shop is very clean and there is hardly any wait time. These folks have customer service figured out.
