Peterbilt of Houma provided the best service I've ever received from a mechanic shop, period! They fixed the issue I had quickly and professionally, and were able to provide me with solid advice on some other issues I may have down the line. They didn't overcharge or try to rip me off at all, something I honestly can't say for just about any other peterbilt location! Through 8 years of driving, I've never been treated to such a high standard of customer service. If you're in the area needing repair, come to Peterbilt Houma, you will NOT regret it 😊

These guys are awesome. I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review. The staff was very friendly and helped me threw a very tuff day. Through the whole time they were make me laugh and teaching me how to say the town names. They where able to get me back on the road very quickly

Called and asked if they could work on a Kenworth, Paccar engine brake and service the air dryer. Yes, come on in. They ran computer diagnostic and told me to got to KW shop, the engine was fine, must be something in dash. Asked if air dryer serviced? No, told me I would just have to go to Kenworth and charged me $300 plus for computer diagnostic. Emailed service manager. He replied: "I've been out sick, I promise you outcome would have been different if I was there. We will use this as a learning experience for the shop." Trying to give new shop some business and they robbed me. Lesson cost me $300.
