I agree with all of these great reviews. Today was my first time there and I can tell that this is an honest shop that really goes out of their way to to take care of you and be transparent. Sam took me back and showed me exactly what the issue was. I will be back for my regular maintenance needs.

Very nice owner who took care of replacing the engine in the new van we had just bought from Carvana. Communication wasn't great in the process but he was very helpful in helping me secure a rental vehicle. Seems like a trustworthy place to take your vehicle.

I was VERY impressed with the knowledge and professionalism while working on my vehicle! They were able to walk me through the whole process and handled everything with ease! I can’t say enough good things about Peters Creek Automotive. Sam is great to work with very personable, honest, and goes out of his way to make the process easy. Eric is awesome too, and together they make a solid team. What really stood out to me was how well Sam communicated. He answered every time I called, or called me back quickly if he missed me. He even sent me pictures of the work they were doing so I felt completely in the loop. On top of that, they worked directly with my extended warranty, which saved me a ton of stress. If you’re looking for a good mechanic in the area, the reviews really do speak for themselves — but now I can say from experience that they’ve earned every bit of that reputation.
