I first had the car sitting in the shop for a full week while these guys did no work on it even though Ian promised it would be done by the time I picked it up. When I brought my Saab back to them the next time, it was given back to me without the trunk liner clipped in and parts just laying in the trunk. The front plate bracket install they did was clearly off center and tilted. My request for adjusting the headlights was completely ignored. They decided to recharge my AC despite me clearly telling them that I wanted them to check the electrical controls. I recently had a head lamp replaced at Petersen Automotive for my 2004 Volvo S60 (it requires a mechanic for the replacement). Tyler and the team were awesome. I didn't have an appointment and they were so quick!! They even checked my transmission fluid; very grateful for that. The guys at Petersen are great. I took my classic 900 in for a big maintenance and repair job, and now it's running phenomenally! They detailed everything with an online portal with notes on all the work and the choice to approve each piece of work. It's been a long time since my last shop experience, but it's nice to see technology integrated. They also took pictures of the progress and communicated really well on the work throughout the project. I'd highly recommend anyone to take their Saab here! Even if it's a distance from you, they are worth it.

We had a coolant hose rupture on our Volvo and had to have the vehicle towed to the shop, which is 25 miles from our home. Tyler and Ian communicated throughout the whole process with texts and emails. We decided to have all the coolant hoses replaced since they were all original. It was a lot of work and money, but worth the peace of mind not having to worry about it now. Very pleased with the service, itemized details of the work performed and communication with them both. Hard to find a place that does all these things! We'll definitely use them again!

I am beyond pleased with the work done on my 2009 Saab 9-3. I found the Peterson Auto to be accommodating, friendly , knowledgeable and easy to work with.
