My husband dropped off a 400 block to be vatted and honed, then put it back together. It took almost 6 months of monthly phone calls only to find out the block had fractures. Fine, they are busy and short-handed. Hair line feactures, it happens, that's the reason he wanted it cleaned up to make sure it was worth using. My husband goes to pick up his items. A 400 block with new eagle rods with pistons, old rods with pistons, and freeze plugs. All the parts are in a box with his name except the eagle rods and pistons. The owner says, "I'm sorry, I'll have to look for them." He has stopped by a couple of times a week. The owner says, "We are still looking for them. Come back, in a few days, " for the last 6 weeks. Still waiting for them to find them or pay for them. Will update if they
