Everyone there is amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They worked with us and the insurance company when there was additional damages discovered after the original claim and custom fabricated parts to make the new hood fit beautifully. I even got a custom paint job on her new hood louvers. She looks brand new and I couldn't be happier and more appreciative of the hard work that they put into her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This company has had a vehicle for over nine months and keeps on lying to their customer saying that it’s in the middle of being repaired they don’t have a record of what has been done to it when we call. They say they’re gonna call And rarely do they call us back. Don’t take your car here they will rip you off. The job was for $11,500 and now we are suing them in court. They won’t be able to do warranty work after this is over. They were paid by GEICO and now they are being reported to the fraud unit in Salem, Oregon.

These guys are rock stars! Let me start by saying the work has not been completed yet because we haven't had time to get our car in but when I went in for the initial estimate these guys met me quickly and got right after it. I also had to run to get a headlight so that my car could be ready for a weekend trip. These guys accommodated that and then put it in for me at the end of the day so the car could be used. Based on initial indications service is going to be outstanding. I will update this after the work is done.

Bias business! We are not from the area at all and brought in a friend's truck(2016 F-150) for repair after a tragic event. We are handling the claim and was instructed by insurance to take it to Pete's. We took it there for photos and the interaction was fine. 2 days later I learn from insurance we were "trespassed" from the property. I found that strange because we've never been trespassed from anywhere and we have never been to the business. After researching on my end, I learned that the small town has some hot gossip and the owner believes the false nonsense about people he doesn't know. Business/money clearly isn't important and we took the truck elsewhere. I'll be sure to tell people not to go to this business. EDIT: The response from the owner below is hilarious to me considering w
