Very, very, very happy with every person on the service team. Our Silverado popped a code and went into limp mode. We’re out of towners on our way further south. We were treated like locals and they got us in and out in a half day for a fuel injection job that would have been a full day or more anywhere else. We’re back on the road with no issues and are so thankful for the team at Petrus!

They were very polite and professional on the phone telling me to bring my 2009 z71 up there. The original owner bought it brand new there and I think it was traded back and sold again and all I needed was for the ECU to be replaced and reprogrammed. They told me that they weren't going to mess with it, that it would put them behind. How long does it take to change that out really? I had a airbag recall postcard sent by petrus so I asked them if they could change my computer out while they was repairing the airbags and expressing to them how hard it was to get a trailer and load and unload the truck and the truck being my only transportation and he said that they'll try to work it in. While on a fishing trip my brother's truck experienced a trouble code and we called Petrus service manager and he got us in immediately and replaced the part and got us back on the road.
