I've been very unimpressed with Pfeifle's customer service post-sale. I was told that they could provide me with a touch-up paint pen for the car purchased through them, and I've neither received it nor have they been good at communicating about it. The salesperson dodged my texts and calls in the beginning, attempted to gaslight me, and then assured he would send the paint pen with promise of calling once it was on the way. It's all been pretense to get me to stop bothering them. I'm very disgruntled that they had no intention of following through, and couldn't just say so.
Jesse was amazing, easiest car I have ever bought. In and out with no hassle. Will come back
Damien was very flexible and easy to work with. He was helpful and answered all of our questions.
Great customer service. Sales team was willing to drive a vehicle we were interested in 60 miles after hours. It’s nice having small town dealerships that still value customers.
