The service at this location is amazing. The location is clean and the inventory availability is worth the trip. These guys are hard working and available. Kip does an amazing job of management at this location. I’ve made a lot of trips to Houston to pick up RV glass and this location stands above the rest. For quick access to a wide variety of starch and people that are among the easiest to work with in the entire industry. I would not choose a different location. The location has easy access from the highway even though Houston traffic is Houston traffic. You will be treated right.

AWESOME!! Ordered a windshield for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator “china material” and they accidentally ordered the best quality glass “MOPAR” THE BOSS KINDLY still gave me the glass for the price of the one I bought! And that is absolutely generous and for sure a money saver for me!

Worst company to do business with I thought why the bad customer service now I know the answer very bad person who manages the company Carlos. Best sales persons leo and martin and some of the delivery guys . But other than that this is a horrible to do business with theres a better customer service at pgw and mygrant Please be aware and take your business elsewhere.

The guy on the phone told me to not to buy from them again and hang up on me without me doing anything beside ask for glass part which left me confused as to why would he do that. The workers are very unprofessional and one guy was cursing me out for no reason, next time if this happens i will file a harassment.
