Wow! This was a phenomenal dealership experience! I've purchased numerous new vehicles and have never been impressed by any motorcycle dealer. However, Mark, Eddie, and Nikki made this a fantastic experience. I never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. And, for a CVO, unlike other Dealerships I went, they acted like they actually wanted to sell me the bike. Whereas I had to ask another place "Uhm, if someone wanted to buy this bike, say me for instance, will you actually sell it?" (that actually happened). They were prepared for me and had an orderly process. The guys in parts were also very helpful and actually friendly. My experience (albeit outside the Harley world) has been the parts guys are never glad to see you or helpful. Not the case here at al

This is by far the worst Harley dealership I have ever been too. I get an alarm installed on my bike and took it home read light starting popping on. Took it back they said it was because of my LED’s. Came back on an hour later. Took it back again service manger said they never put in a pin to activate the bike. Worked for about 2-3 months. Came back on now this is the 4th time I have taken it for a simple alarm system. Dropped the bike off and when I got there the guy up front never told me that I would have to leave the bike never called me nothing I drove 45 minutes up there to find that out. So I leave the bike for 1 week. Guy said cleared the codes the light didn’t come on and that HE test rode it and nothing and if it does again it needs a software update(even tho they already did on

The staff at Phantom Harley were phenomenal Big Mike and Nikki we’re fantastic, bought my first bike from there today they treated me like family and went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered, and I can’t say enough about this place. I would highly recommend To anyone thanks again Big mike and Nikki you guys rock
