I was very impressed with this place and the gentleman that runs it very personalable! Explained every thing he did and showed the part that caused the problem and why. He went through the invoice and explained all it and explained all charges. I would highly recommend this place if your close or live in or out of the Hills Iowa area! It would be worth your time!!

I am very disappointed. I worked with Phase on my car for over a year that I was in the area. I got many services and have spent thousands with Phase to get my car fixed. I got my timing belt changed as well as other services like a fuel pump. The fuel pump needed replaced again in my new town due to cheap part - and then my timing belt was messed up again. I tired to work something out by calling and finding warranty, but was told regardless there is nothing they can do unless I am there with the car. My new mechanic offered to call them and talk it out, by phase does not want to try and help. It’s a sad situation, and wish more could be done and that due to being a loyal customer that phase would care more about the situation it has put me in. I really enjoyed working with them, but the

I’m traveling and got a hole in my rear driver side tire- sidewall. Needed new tire. Best to replace in pairs (I was aware) and they were very kind and offered to sell me one but after they checked the tread depth on all tires we decided to buy a pair of the exact tires I already had at a great price!! You guys were fantastic!!!!! You made this usually bad experience not so bad and I appreciate the kindness that was extended to me by all the guys in the shop! Please visit this shop if you have your choice. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I had a dead battery during our extreme cold spell this winter, and my car wasn't parked at home. They happily met me at my car, jumped it and then I drove straight to their shop to have them run some diagnostic tests. They were so courteous and knowledgeable and luckily it was just an old, worn out battery. They promptly installed a new one that early afternoon and I was set to go. I highly recommend Phase 2 and I will using their services in the future. Thank you guys!!
