Jason and his team are very good at what they do. Took on a rebuild that no one else in town would do and knocked it out of the park. They gave me an honest assessment, a prediction of cost and when the job was completed it was lower than what I was quoted. The guys at Phelp's Garage take care of you like family and understand when a situation pops up like my wife and I were faced with (accidentally put regular gas in a diesel truck). They were there to rescue us, fit us in and get us on our way. We were just visiting town and had a trailer full of animals. I know some of their local clients may have had to wait because they fit us in, but super appreciative of them recognizing the trailer full of animals and us being stranded in town and did what was right to get us on our way even though it may have delayed some current customers a tad bit while they helped us. Just goes to show how much they can be trusted to do what is right and do their best to prioritize and take care of everyone!!

Our Ford diesel shutdown on my father and I about 500 miles from home. The local Ford dealer wouldn't touch it for 1-2 weeks. After having the truck towed to Phelps, Jason got it running for us in short order. I highly recommend this shop for their personalized service, honesty, and fair pricing. Despite the inconvenience of having my truck taken without prior notice, the staff at Phelps Garage were positive, courteous, understanding, and helpful. My car engine shut down and could not steer. I called Phelps Garage to see if I could have my car towed so he could take a look at it. He said I could as he had worked on my car before. After almost three weeks, he never looked at my car, never corresponded with me after several phone calls, I went daily to the garage and my car only moved 1 time which means closer to getting my car in. I feel like Jason was not honest with me and never kept me in the loop with the status of my car. I finally had to have someone take me to the garage to pick up my car. Jason stated he was not able to get a diagnosis with his computer. Jason needs to get updated equipment bc that is a very useful tool in the car/truck business!
