Driver was quick to respond to my call for help. My daughter got stuck on side of the road in the snow and Phelps came to the rescue. Thought I was going to have to wait a long time but they were there on site very quickly. Driver was very courteous and helpful.

Phelps Towing was amazing! They were incredibly friendly from the very first call and arrived much quicker than I expected. Jeffrey was professional, helpful, and made the whole situation so much less stressful. Pricing was very reasonable too, especially for how fast and efficient the service was.

After waiting almost 3 hours for another wrecker service to come change my tire, I canceled. I immediately called Phelps. I was extremely amazed how quickly Shawn arrived on the scene. It felt like I just hung up from the dispatcher, and he was already there. KUDOS to Shawn and the dispatcher!!!

Great price fast response awesome capable equipment and I've had the same driver at least one other time few years back , great guy . Very careful with my vehicles polite and speedy . Thank again I'm a customer for life

Our 2023 Traverse broke down in front of Dollar General before Christmas. Phelps Towing responded quickly and was very polite, and considerate during a rough day. A great towing company! We’ve used many towing companies, Phelps Towing is by far the better of them all. A big thanks to Tony and Brenden for being so supportive during a tough time.
