Phil Moore Buick GMC

Driving in NE Jackson and passed this dealership on I-55 Frontage Road. We stopped by because we saw 2 Black Widow Edition GMC Sierra trucks. One was red and one was white. Nice trucks! While we were there we walked the lot and saw many other vehicles including 2500 Sierras (which had multiple exterior colors), GMC Yukons in multiple trim levels, there were plenty of choice to fit your GMC needs! We came close to closing time, but a salesman still came out to introduce himself and see if we needed any assistance. We did advise we just stopped by because we saw the Black Widow trim packages on the Sierra, but took his card if we needed any assistance or questions moving forward.

My truck went into limp mode while traveling through Mississippi headed to Texas. I was only 15 minutes from Phil Moore as they were the closest dealership. When I pulled into the Service Department and explained my situation, they were kind (Katy) and considerate and moved me to the front of the line to diagnosis my truck to help me get back on the road. Unfortunately, the part needed for my truck was a 5-day lead time and the Service Tech was awesome at explaining the issue and how it has been common in these trucks. The staff inside the service department let me know they had a partnership with Enterprise to get me a rental for a discounted rate and called them on the spot to get me a rental.
