Reasonably priced, fast, and completely transparent with their clients. Repairs cost significantly less than what I expected. They guided me on the specifics of my car problems and preventive measures I could take before sending me on my way. All around GREAT people. Highly recommend.

I was referred by a neighbor who highly recommended Phil and Rick's. I have been searching for someone nearby and I asked them to replace the Emissions System Integrity Monitor diagnosed from the Service Engine light. I was very happy with their response time and the price was much better than the dealer quote. I would highly recommend them and use in the future. Thank you!

Best shop I've found in the immediate Baltimore area. These guys are honest, and fair on the prices. I dropped off my vehicle a day early, and previously stated over the phone that my car might need new brakes because they were squeaking pretty bad. Several hours after I dropped it off (same day), I got a call back saying the vehicle was done being inspected, and the brakes were fine (just a little dirty). Not on did they knock out the service earlier than expected, but how many other shops would have just told me the brakes needed to be replaced to make a few extra bucks? Even if it's a little out of your way, it's worth going here over any other shop in the Baltimore area. 11/10.
