What a joy this experience was! When I called for an appointment to have an alignment done on both mine and my husband's vehicles, that the tire shop recommended, they got me in with his the next morning, although I was offered same day, but it didn't work in my schedule. Once I was there for the work, I asked if they could also look at his brakes, if they had time. Not only did they have a look, they quoted far less than the dealership, because it didn't actually need all the services the dealership was trying to have us perform. They performed the original appointment alignment, as well as the brake work while I waited in their comfortable chairs, and had a cup of their delicious fresh brewed coffee. I got right in the same day I booked an appointment(on a Monday to boot!)to have my vehicle checked for interior exhaust fumes. I got 4 new tires from Phil Walters and got a great price!! All the employees there are very friendly and helpful. They got me in right away same day and my new tires were installed timely and with care they called me with any questions and I really enjoyed my experience with them will definitely be back for all my future repairs!!
