Usually never post anything but I am so disappointed and disgusted. Took our diesel box truck there for a diagnosis and possible work. After not hearing a word from them for over three weeks or more, my husband called and was rudely answered by Roland. My husband never was rude with them, but Roland kept saying they didn’t know what was the issue and did not know when they would know. What they don’t know is I drove by daily, checking on our truck, to see our diesel box truck sitting in the gate without being moved or looked at when multiple cars were moving in and out of their lot from being serviced.
