Don’t go here if you’re a woman. Every department of this place is shady and incompetent. Issue 1: Sales. I bought a brand new 26 trailblazer. I went in alone, my dad was my co-signer but he elected to not sit at the dealership for hours and trusted my decisions. Everything was going great until the end when my sales person was going through my paperwork with me. Apparently Allah decided to take it upon himself to sign me up for some bronze package I wanted no part in. I told my sales person at the beginning that I don’t want the diamond ceramic coating on my car, I don’t want anything extra, I just want the car. Omar Camarena was super knowledgeable about Chevy Silverados and the differences in engines and engine sizes. Very personable guy which led to my purchase of the 2024 Silverado! Even though I did not purchase a vehicle when looking from Phillips Chevy Bradley I still feel like recognition is needed. To start Phillips has always done right by me I’ve used their Frankfort location in the past. I was in the market for a vehicle I had an appointment with Alana for a Saturday, when I showed up she was with a customer no biggie I can wait. I was greeted by Omar and he said to give him a minute to let him see how long it will be. Long story short he said he can help me she must have been busy which is understandable. Omar was great.
