Fair and honest. Came in when they opened the shop door first and he got me in and out within 40 minutes. Price is cheap and reasonable too. Highly recommend this place to anyone who need an alignment and a shop that won't bend you over. Fair warning, he doesn't take appointments. So it's first come first served. Update 12/23/2020 Took one of my car back and he knocked it out within 20 minutes. Installed some lowering springs and the car needed an alignment. Can't reiterate enough how friendly and how professional he is. Steering wheel is straight and car tracks straight, even with the crown in the road. Just wanted to take a second and take the shop for servicing my 21 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch off-road vehicle the alignment was on point they got me in and out all the reviews on here are legit I came from Victorville it's the best alignment shop in a 50-mile radius this will be my home shop for in alignments! highly recommended

My 2014 Subaru Outback just got some new tires and needed an alignment and after a quick search, I came upon Phillip's Undercar with spectacular reviews. I called ahead, asked for availability and was told to come on in. As soon as I came in, I felt welcomed and accommodated. He was friendly and up front. It took a whopping 15 minutes! Very quick. Pricing was fair and I was happy with the results. My car feels great and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a wheel alignment.

Was told I needed an alignment done while getting my tires rotated at Costco. Tried calling the local dealership to get a quote, only to get held up by a woman verifying that my contact info is up to date then promptly transferred to an answering machine...Glad the dealership didn't work out, ended up doing a quick Yelp search and found Phillips Undercar. Called ahead to see if the shop's busy, and went straight over from Costco. Alignment done in about 20 minutes. Great specialty shop at a great deal. The shop is a little hard to find, so look for the "Alignments" arrow sign next to the garage.

My car needed to have the brake pads and rotors replaced, dropped my car off to Joel in the morning and job was completed in the afternoon. Very reasonable pricing and high quality work with Great service! Definitely will be going here for now on for Brakes and alignments! Thank you Joel! AAAAAA+++
