I had a great experience here, and will be coming to this one stop shop for all my future needs. They worked on my electronic brake motor and calipers, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. On top of that, the office staff was incredibly sweet, helpful, and easy to work with, which made the whole process even better. I felt better about the mess of the situation I was in before I even got there. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable, honest automotive service.

Starting from the beginning the communication was great before I even took my car in for repair. I gave him a time I would be dropping off and Tim was waiting. I told him what was wrong and he actually listened. What one me over right away is when I told him 2 other repair shops didn't find or fix the issue... he told me that they care a lot more at his garage. When I heard that I knew I was in good hand. Customer service to say the least was better than any other small shop I have tried. I drop off in the morning and early that afternoon he informed me that they had found the issue and sent a very reasonable estimate. I called for more details on the issue which were provided to me in detail. I told him to go ahead a start the work and he told me they already ordered the parts because the

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Tim is truly exceptional at what he does. From the moment I dropped off my car, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the issue, showed me exactly what was wrong, and never once tried to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a place this trustworthy. If you need any body work, this place is where you need to go! My brand new 25’ Cadillac was rear-ended by a motorcycle and I needed my cracked tail light replaced which as any caddy owner knows requires 5 other things to be removed - no easy feat. The owner Tim came to look at the issue personally and gave me a quote on the spot! No BS, no over charging for the luxury vehicle, he was more than reasonably priced and within 2hrs my baby was not only good as new, Tim’s team had completely cleaned my interior, buffed out the minor scratches and waxed and washed my car! It was show room ready and I couldn’t be happier with the kindness and service I was given. I would return regularly just for the cleaning service! They are GOOD.
