Philpott Toyota Service Center

My experience at the service center was quite disappointing. I arrived in the morning, and despite not having an appointment, they assured me that an engine oil change would take 1 hour. However, I ended up waiting for 2 and half hours. When I ask her about the delay, she replied You haven't appointments scheduled that's why it's taking too long to get the service done. It would have been more professional if she had informed me about potential delays in advance. But good part is the coffee was wonderful.

Very easy to get an appointment with Stacy and they started the work on time! Stacy was very knowledgeable on my truck. Took advantage of the shuttle service and Henry was an awesome driver ! Bought my Tundra there in late 2019 and will continue to service it there even though I live in Beaumont. They had coupons on their website which set them apart from the Beaumont dealerships. Great service!

I needed a new side view mirror. I went in around December 10th and spoke with Hillary about my side view mirror. She and the technician confirmed I needed a whole new mirror. I paid for the part and dropped my car off on the 12th. Come to find out they ordered the wrong part. I went back to pick up my car and Hillary placed the order for what I really needed. She said she'd contact me with a paint quote and when the part has come in. No one ever called me. I finally called them on Jan 2nd to hear the part came in a December 16th! Me and my husband decided we will just get the side view mirror and go elsewhere for the paint and repair. They will never get our business again. Very disappointed.

Philpott Toyota is amazing. Service rep’s are second to none. I live in Beaumont but happily drive to mid county for service as they put the Beaumont service department to shame. They keep me up to date on all things related to my truck and their technicians are extremely skilled. I won’t go anywhere else!! Philpott for the win…..

My issue with my truck is an easy fix, but the technician said he heard the noise but that it was normal. I will escalate this to Toyota. The file complaint against Philpott service department.
