Great people, great service, parking is hard if they're busy.
Phil’s Tire and Auto Repair in Grafton, WV, is the best! I needed a tire repaired and called to make an appointment. They told me to come on in. Everyone there was helpful and professional. They even checked a couple of fuses that I thought were bad. This is the best service I’ve experienced. I feel fortunate that they are a local business.
Had another place tell us our rack n pinion was going out (expensive fix). Turns out that was fine and our ball joint broke and when car fell it snapped the axle! Had it towed to Phil's and they had our car back in top shape in a very timely manner and told us our rack n pinion was fine!! I highly recommend this place!
Super friendly and very helpful guys work here!!!Our tire was broken on the way back to Maryland and guys fixed it in just in a minutes!Thank you so much!We are very appreciative!!!!God bless you and your families!!!!I wish I can give them 100 stars!!!!
