I took my work vehicle here recently to have the driver side window regulator replaced. They did such a good job! So I brought my personal vehicle over and had them replace my entire AC SYSTEM. At first, after about a week the front seal blew. So I called them. They said no problem. I brought it in, and they replaced it no questions asked, and under warranty, so no cost to me. Then about another week later the rear seal blew. Same thing they took care of me BUT Not only did they take care of me they gave me all new manufacturer parts! Instead of the after market parts to try to save me money. Nice guys, good guys. Check them out.

I tried this shop because it was close to home and they sent me a coupon for a discount on an oil change. The waiting room is super clean, very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle to take me home instead of having to wait for the car. It was great because they were able to text me a link to inspection results, including photos of my car and details about what they were concerned about. They also called me and talked me through the items. I opted to not do most of them at this time because nothing was urgent or safety hazard, but the prices quoted seemed reasonable. Shuttle was clean and on time and very easy. Will definitely use Phoenix Auto Repair again.

I had an amazing experience with this team. I came in with a bad engine and they were very honest with the state of my car and very understanding to my financial situation. Greg especially was an incredible help to me i highly recommend them!

These guys are great! I noticed an oil leak, gave them a call, and they could see it same day. Turned out the dealership didn’t tighten the drain plug properly during my last oil change and it was close to falling completely out. They tightened it, topped off the oil, and ran it for a bit to ensure things were all set. I found them transparent and honest, which is not always easy to find now and days.
