I have gotten 3 cars from Phoenix and I have never had any complaints. Their not just a dealer, but they also listen and know what you want. At the end, they wind up being your friend. I'm about to buy my fourth vehicle. I love their service and the sales people.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They tried to sell me a car that had extremely high mileage for a ridiculous price. The owner then proceeded to insult me on my age and my gender stating that I was “young and a female so (I) didn’t know any better.” On top of that, I called my mother because I didn’t know much about cars to ask for her opinion because this was my first time coming to a dealership, and the owner insulted her WHILE SHE WAS ON SPEAKER!!!

All I'm gonna say is: get ALL of the information you need to process the order BEFORE taking my money & saying "Thank you". I know it's a lot, but if you need it, I'll get it for you to get my fiance' what he wants. However, YOU do this business & know what info you need, I don't. So, DON'T tell me it's my fault for not reading your website. DON'T tell me it's going to take "another whole week" after I answer all the questions and that, at that point, it goes to shipping, which will be expedited if I paid for that, so "NO refund is necessary." I mean, a store has never let me put a sweater in my cart, placed my order, taken my money, THEN sent me an email, which I hope I read that same day since I'm expecting it to be expedited to me, without asking what color & size I want!!
