Absolutely outstanding experience. The team did an incredible job on my car, it looks phenomenal. They went above and beyond by clearing up a headlight I had messed up, which was completely outside the scope of the original repair and very much appreciated. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs reliable, high-quality auto repair.

Details were communicated, automated texts were sent to update me through their process and let me know my car was on track for the pick up date. My interior and exterior was SO clean after. Such a positive experience. Will recommend to all!

Great service, quick work, and amazing follow-up with questions I had. My car came back nice and clean, and everyone was as nice as can be! I loved how they kept me up to date on everything as it happened.

Someone backed into my wife’s car and this was the only repair shop our insurance company would let us choose. We had to remind them multiple times that we actually wanted the car repaired before they finally put us on the schedule and sent the quote to insurance. A month later they finally took the car, and they still needed an extra day past their own ETA. When they called to say it was ready, the person on the phone, who was barely more than a warm body in the room, made a snarky comment about the cost. After we picked it up, the keyless entry no longer worked and the fuel gauge was suddenly inaccurate. We brought it back and after several hours of trying to figure out what they broke, they called my mother in law to tell her it was ready. We still have no idea how they got her number.

Phoenix Collusion is GREAT. They are very friendly to work with and they kept me updated on the progress of their work. The results are amazing. I am and will refer everyone I know to use them for their repair needs.
